Our application is a critical tool for educating and empowering the dental industry and their respective patients. Our users’ privacy is always a primary concern. Obtaining written informed patient consent and authorization for the use and disclosure of protected health information to D Vision, L.L.C. d/b/a Experience Dentistry, for the purpose of carrying out treatment, payment and healthcare plans. The consent and authorization should also include the use and disclosure for the purpose of transferring, sharing and storage of digital information specifically to Experience Dentistry.
Providing Notice of Privacy Practices to each patient with proper patient acknowledgement of receipt.
